Dans la cabine/studio de Secrets, le visiteur a la possibilité de laisser dans une boîte un petit mot, quelque chose qu’il garde pour lui, qu’il n’avait jamais dit à personne. Puis il se fait prendre en photo : face et profil, superposés par un long temps de pose sur la même image. Les portraits récoltés sont exposés en parallèle à la cabine, accompagnés par une diffusion audio en boucle des secrets, que la photographe enregistre avec sa propre voix. La boîte à secrets est ouverte tous les 50 passages, l’anonymat des participants est donc garanti. La collecte (plus de 300 portraits et secrets à ce jours) ne cesse de grandir, paradigme de l’infini du non-dit.

In the Secrets cabin/studio, one has the opportunity to leave a written note in a box. Something that has been kept to self and never verbalised. Then the portrait is taken, face and profile, superimposed on the same image by a long exposure. The portraits are exposed in parallel to the cabin, accompanied by an audio diffusion of the secrets, that the photographer records with her own voice. The Secrets box is open ever 50th passage, thus the secret givers remain anonymous. The gathering (over 300 portraits and secrets to this day) is still growing, as a bulimic paradigm of the infinite unsaid.
